Lucille Stovall Williams was born on February 6, 1915, to Eddie and Annie Dawson Stovall. She was the fourth sibling of eleven children. She was raised in Haleburg, Alabama where she accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

On December 1946, she and Ruby C. Williams were joined in holy matrimony. To this union four children were born: two daughters Mary Liza and Patricia Ann (deceased), two sons, James Albert and Bill.

In 1954, the family relocated to Orlando, Florida. Because of her Christian up-bringing, Lucille united with the Bethel Baptist Church (Orlando, Florida) where Reverend Lewis Boatman served as pastor. She served faithfully in the General Mission and Pulpit Aid Board.

Lucille was employed by John and Mary Lou Rutledge. She helped raise four boys: Steve, Jay, John, and Thomas. After retirement, Lucille was employed with the Orange County Foster Grandparent Program for ten years.

Lucille was preceded in death by Eddie and Annie Stovall (parents), Trudie Powell (sister), Herschel and Tucker (Brothers), Ruby C. Williams (husband), and Patricia Ann (daughter).

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: one daughter, Mary Liza Tomlinson (Joe L.); two sons, James and Bill (Tina) Williams; five sisters; Jeannie Glenn, Eddie Lee Stringer, Clara Stephens, Francis McGowin, and Cornelia Davis; two brothers, Orlander and Archester Stovall (Murdis); six grandchildren: Michael Johnson, Jerel Tomlinson, Sr., Aquanetta Williams, Derrick Williams, Rashad Williams, and Ursula Williams; a devoted great granddaughter, LCPL Tomlinson Jerel, other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
